- Reference or location of the Accommodation of your choice.
- Names of all those travelling and if an adult or child.
- Postal address, E-mail address and contact telephone number.
- Date you would like to take up occupancy and departure date.
- Means of travel - by air, car, coach, train or boat.
- Anticipated time of arrival at the accommodation.
- Any additional optional chargeable Services you may require.
- Any further information you may require.
- How you came to hear about us.

We have been established in Catalunya for letting and managing private properties, to a very high standard, since the year 2000.
Margaret will be your prime point of contact, for additional information and will process, confirm and track your reservation throughout.

Text Box: Terms, Conditions & Information
When you have made your accommodation choice and checked availability, then in order to secure the reservation, a Booking Form will be issued to you and a minimum deposit of 25% will become payable. Upon receipt of payment, your booking will be confirmed.
All accommodation will carry an additional Damage Deposit; the Apartment is £100 and for the Villas it is £150; refundable within 10 days of your departure.
The final residual booking balance must be confirmed as paid at the latest, 4 weeks before your scheduled occupancy date.
An information pack will be sent to you with full details of the location of the accommodation and arrangements made for the personal hand over of keys upon arrival.
